Page 149, Problem 2, box on the lower right: “3.6” should be “1.6.” The correct question is “1.6 is made of [ ] 0.1s.” This error was corrected for the 1st Edition of Teacher’s Guide 3B and all subsequent Textbook and Teacher’s Guide printings.

Page 199, Problem 4, bar graph at bottom of page. Bars for “Cut” and “Bruise” are mislabeled. The bar showing quantity 9 should be “Cut” and the bar showing quantity 5 should be “Bruise.” This error was corrected for the 1st Edition of Teacher’s Guide 3B and all subsequent Textbook and Teacher’s Guide printings.

Page 45, Board Layout. In the text box at the top right of the board, the question should read, “Let’s find out how much time 40 minutes and 30 minutes added together is.” 

Page 67, Board Layout. In the Summary Box, the text should read, "If we distribute the 12 cookies 3 at a time to each person, we can divide them among 4 people." Also, in the math sentence in the Summary Box, the labels "dividend" and "divisor" are switched.
